I will try to make this brief, but around 1998 a friend of mine started a matchmaking web site called www.cherryblossoms.com, where I chatted and learned a lot about filipinos. I also met a filipina here in San Diego, and after being very happy with her for about 5 years we were finally married in 2006. She gave me my first son on June 6, 2007, which makes me very happy. Anyway, in those years I heard a song by Freddie Aguilar, and even though I didn't understand a word of what he was singing about, I fell in love with the sound of his voice. To date I have many of his CDs and am still looking for more. In 2005 I bought the web address www.freddieaguilar.com, with the intention of some day setting up a web site for him. I also have a fast server, where I presently host a dozen other web sites for companies. My wife is a professional web designer, so the web site is finally up for him. If anyone here has any ideas of what might be nice on the site, or has any information that might be helpful, I would appreciate it very much if you sent them to me at

. So far I have been copying images and text from various locations on the internet and altering them so that I don't violate any copyrights. My intention is to have, on the site, as many lyrics as I can find, and my wife is compiling some by listening to his CDs. Also, I will put the first minute or so, of most, it not all, of his songs on the the site, so viewers can can listen to a few seconds of the songs, to decide if they want to buy them. At present we have links to where you may purchase the CDs, but later, once we work out the legalities, we intend to set up the ability for visitors to download the MP3s for a fee. My intention is not to make a profit from this, but only to show my appreciation for the many enjoyable hours I have had listening to his music. Any money that is gained from this site will go to Freddie.

Hello everyone! My name is Cathy and I created this web page for my husband Denny and also for my dad. They are both die hard fans of Freddie Aguilar. I am also a fan but from a younger generation. I mean, don't get me wrong. I love Freddie's songs and one day I was playing a song and Denny heard his voice. He just loved the way he sings even though he doesn't understand a word of his lyrics.
